[linux] missing zh-tw characters fix

$ cd /etc/fonts/conf.d

modify 65-nonlatin.conf and change <prefer> with font family contains zh-TW fonts.
e.g
 
  Set preferable fonts for non-Latin
	
		serif
		
			LiHei Pro
		
	
	
		sans-serif
		
			LiHei Pro
		
	
	
		monospace
		
			LiHei Pro
